The SERVICE MANAGER: Advanced Product Training
This course
provides training for The SERVICE MANAGER beyond the basic level
with emphasis on using the software to increase efficiency and to
decrease costs.
Advanced
training covers, in depth, the topics of customer management,
advanced order processing techniques, custom pricing structures,
advanced reporting, policy table settings and end of period
processing. Additional
features covered include exporting
data to programs such as Microsoft Excel.
After
attending this class, you will know how to use The
SERVICE MANAGER
as a tool for service work management and will be proficient in
its functionality.
Duration: 2 days
Prerequisites: The SERVICE MANAGER Basic Skills Workshop or
equivalent knowledge.
