The SERVICE MANAGER

Basic Skills Workshop

 

This class provides familiarity with The SERVICE MANAGER interface and teaches the core functions of the system. Areas covered include basic customer maintenance, order entry and invoicing procedures, and item/part maintenance. There is special emphasis on the powerful reporting capabilities. The class presents an introduction to policy tables, system settings and end of period processing.

At the conclusion of the workshop, you will be able to perform the system’s basic maintenance and reporting functions.
